Hezekiah welcomes international investors. Following extensive research into regulations, tax structures, and legal frameworks spanning more than 200 countries, we are delighted to provide opportunities for non-US citizens to participate in real estate investments with us.

How to Invest with Hezekiah as a non-Us Citizen
To invest in American real estate with Hezekiah, non-US citizens simply need to follow this process:

Create an account
Sign up on the Hezekiah platform, lease be advised that only the account holder, using their full legal name, is permitted to make investments through this account.
2. Open a US entity (C Corporation).
To invest as a non-US citizen, you are required to establish a US entity with a tax identification number (TIN) and a US bank account. Hezekiah only accepts entities structured as C corporations. Setting up a C corporation involves working with a US-licensed attorney or CPA, which is a service not provided by Hezekiah.
3. Get Verified as an Accredited Investor
Once your C corporation is established, you can proceed to apply for accredited investor verification through our website using Verify Investor, a secure third-party service provided at no cost to all Hezekiah investors. Please review the list of accredited investor qualifications below. Meeting these qualifications is essential for investing with Hezekiah. If you do not meet the criteria, you will not be eligible to invest.
4. Invest!
With your new entity, you can start investing in Hezekiah's real estate projects!
Please Note: If you reside outside the United States, it is your responsibility to comply fully with the laws of any relevant territory or jurisdiction outside the United States regarding the purchase of membership interests. This includes obtaining necessary governmental approvals or adhering to any other required legal or procedural formalities. Unless expressly stated otherwise by us, the offering of shares has not been registered or qualified in any jurisdiction outside the United States.
How to Determine if you are an Accredited Investor
To participate in investments with Hezekiah, you must be confirmed as an accredited investor. To meet accredited investor status, you must satisfy at least one of the following four criteria:

Individuals who have earned $200,000 or more in gross income (converted to US Dollars) annually for the past two years and anticipate maintaining this income level in the future.

Individuals whose combined gross income with their spouse totals $300,000 or more annually (converted to US Dollars) for the past two years.

Individuals who possess a net worth of $1 million or more (converted to US Dollars), excluding the value of their primary residence.

An entity possessing assets totaling at least $5 million (converted to US Dollars), or a business where all equity owners qualify as accredited investors.
Proof of Income or Assets
We utilize Verify Investor, a third-party service, to confirm your accredited investor status.
Each entity owner needs to provide one of the following:​

Documentation showing gross income of $200,000 or more annually for the past two years, when converted to US dollars, such as a W-2, Schedule K-1, 1099, or equivalent document applicable in your country.

Documentation demonstrating combined gross income of $300,000 or more annually for the past two years, when converted to US dollars, including W-2s, Schedule K-1s, 1099s, or equivalent documents used in your country.

Evidence confirming a net worth of at least $1,000,000 when converted to US dollars, excluding your primary residence. Acceptable documentation includes bank statements, letters from financial institutions, property deeds, vehicle titles accompanied by professional valuations, or any equivalent documents used in your country. Additionally, for the net worth evaluation, you will need to provide a current copy of your credit report (not older than 90 days) or an equivalent document used in your country.

A verification letter from a licensed attorney, CPA, registered broker/dealer, or SEC-registered investment advisor to confirm that you (or your entity) meet the accredited investor requirements. Additionally, for the $1 million net worth assessment, include a current copy of your credit report (not older than 90 days) or an equivalent document used in your country.

Documentation verifying entity assets totaling over $5,000,000 (when converted to US dollars), supported by a formal valuation prepared by a qualified valuation professional or accountant.
PLEASE NOTE: Your income is substantiated by equivalent official tax records in your country, such as tax returns, W-2s, K-1s, 1099s, or other government-issued documents where possible. If such official documentation is unavailable, alternative evidence may include earnings statements, pay stubs, an employer certification letter validating your income, or bank statements demonstrating receipt of income. Additionally, if any evidence is not in English, please provide Verify Investor with a translated version of the relevant sections. The translation can be informal and written in the margins of the document.
